A Family Legacy Since the 17th Century
Our winery is first and foremost a family story. Since the 17th century, the Simonis family has been growing vines on the hillsides of Ammerschwihr. This expertise has been passed down through four generations, with each one building upon the last.
Today, our estate spans five hectares, where we use sustainable practices, respecting the land we have inherited. We oversee every step, from pruning the vines to bottling, which has earned us recognition as an independent winemaker.
